The practical ground rules for running your business on Errandify.
Using Errandify
These terms govern use of the Errandify website, business dashboard, and APIs. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you can accept them for that business.
Errandify provides software to manage delivery operations. A business remains responsible for the deliveries it offers, its customers, staff, riders, vehicles, and compliance with applicable laws. Availability of a particular integration or third-party delivery source may change.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration and business details, keep them current, and protect your login and API credentials. Do not share secret API keys in a mobile app, public website, or client-side code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected compromise.
Business API access is available only on eligible plans and for businesses that have completed the required setup. Access may be suspended when it creates a security risk or violates these terms.
Plans and billing
Plan prices, included capacity, and trial terms are shown during registration and in the dashboard. The current introductory trial is seven days. Your selected plan governs usage limits such as vehicles, riders, monthly orders, and API access. Renewals require payment according to the billing information shown to you; you do not need to pre-fund a wallet to create orders.
Delivery fees, customer invoices, rider arrangements, and other order-related amounts are separate from the platform subscription. Any applicable charge should be shown in the relevant workflow before it is confirmed. Contact support about a billing error or disputed platform charge.
Orders, customers, and riders
You are responsible for accurate order details, contact information, locations, instructions, lawful goods, and any required packaging. You decide whom to assign to your own fleet and how to pay riders, subject to your arrangements and the law. An estimate or location from a third-party tracking connector can be incomplete or delayed and should not be your sole safety control.
If you ask Errandify to find a rider outside your fleet, fulfilment depends on availability and acceptance. Creating an order does not guarantee a rider will accept it or that a delivery will finish by a particular time.
Customer data and privacy
You may submit customer and recipient information to manage deliveries. You are responsible for collecting and sharing it lawfully, providing any required privacy notices, and answering requests from your customers. Errandify uses it to provide the platform as described in the privacy policy and will not expose one business's customer directory to another business by default.
Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or use the platform to process prohibited, unlawful, or unsafe material.
API and acceptable use
Use the API only for your own authorized business workflows. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another business's records, probe for vulnerabilities, overload the service, or resell access without written permission. Keep integration identifiers stable so retries do not create duplicate orders.
We may change or retire endpoints as the service evolves. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes where practical. Current integration guidance is available from the Developer area of an eligible dashboard account.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, networks, mapping, payment processors, and tracking providers can interrupt workflows. Review operational records and use appropriate backup processes for time-sensitive deliveries.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Errandify is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by users or third parties, or for acts of independent delivery participants. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending use
We may update the platform and these terms. We will post the updated terms here with a new date and give notice of material changes where appropriate. You may stop using the service and ask support about closing your account and handling your data.
We may restrict or suspend access to protect the platform, comply with law, or address a serious breach. If you have a dispute, contact support@errandify.org so we can investigate it.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit. For questions, contact support@errandify.org.
